Warranty conditions

  1. When you want to receive warranty for a product that we sell you have to present the product with ALL accessories that we deliver and the original container if the warranty implies product replacement. The lack of accessories and/or of the container attract penalty with 10% from the up-to-date product value in case that we have to restore to you the product value. Also you have to bring forward:
    1. The original invoice (or facsimile),
    2. Warranty certificate
    If you don't have the documents mentioned at the points a) and b) we cancel our obligation to assure the warranty.
  2. We will not give the warranty, both supplier and manufacturer, for the products that don't have intact the identify label or warranty seal.
  3. We will not give warranty for the products or accessories that present frailties due to:
    • Manipulation, shipping or bad instalation,
    • Noncompliant use with operating instructions,
    • Reparations, interference and installation made by nonauthorized person,
    • Changes of the original mechanical state of the product,
    • Keeping the product in bad condition and penetration of fluids into the product.
    Also, we will not give warranty for the products that present mechanical defects (cracked connectors, bent pins, cut off layouts, shivered dies etc.) or integrated low power components that have been blown off. Normal mechanical wear is outside warranty purpose.
  4. We are not responsible for incompatibility with parts and modules acquired from other parties or companies. Also we are not responsible for the parts and modules that are used on sistems that have no correspondence with the product specifications.
  5. We give warranty only for our customers, especially parts and modules acquired from us and we are not responsible for the products acquired by other people by dint of our customers.
  6. Our company is not responsible for software loss that could happen due to malfunctions, only to fix those and because of that we insist that you save your important dates/programs before soliciting the product repair. The warranty that we offer for the software packets refers exclusively to the integrity of the HDD. Warranty period is 30 days from the acquisition day. Set up changes and wrong utilization of the software products make the warranty null. Use of the software packages not in the purpose for which they were produced can not involve the seller, but can involve the customer when he does not respect the legal precautions in vigour.
  7. We will not give warranty for the hard-drives that have the number of bad sectors less than 0.1% from it's capacity, but we make exceptions for the HDD that have those problems on the boot area.
  8. In case you make non-justified appeal to service operations we reserve the right to impute to the payee the value of the manual labor for this investigation. The charge for manual labor will be cast up for each component that you complain of and it will be 10 USD per hour.
  9. We will not give warranty for printers on which you use other catridges than the original ones or if the original ones were recharged. Catridges, excepting those with build-in printer head, will not receive warranty. Catriges with build-in printer head can be presented to the warranty department in due time of 24 hours from purchasing it, obligatorily with the print defect. The printes will be presented to the warranty department only with empty catriges mounted on them.
  10. We will not give warranty for LCD display that have less than 3 hitch pixels per square inch.
  11. We will not give warranty for optical units that have mechanical defects caused by cracked CDs.
